This is my favorite time of year to live in this part of California, and Emerald Hills is but one example of just how magnificent the spring time can be. Everything is green! When you live in Emerald Hills, there is a sense of community and all of our neighbors seem to realize the benefits of living so close to everything and yet so isolated from the hustle and bustle of the rest of San Mateo County or the Peninsula for that matter! Real estate prices are still fluctuating, and we are not out of the woods yet with the economy or the foreclosure/short sale situation, but for some reason all of the concerns that plague us do seem so bad when you walk along a narrow windy Emerald Hills road in the evening with you partner and or pet, and take in the vistas, the views, intimate canyons and emerald green spring flush that is Emerald Hills. So go take a walk or a drive and visit us up here.  But don't drive fast, or you will miss the beauty and besides, the narrow lanes and streets are filled with your future neighbors, as I know you will want to join us on the hill.
